Rider/Horse Training

• These are Our Favorite Classes.



• I teach you to teach your horse.



• It is the best way for you to learn about your horse and know which buttons to push to operate your horse.



• It is also a great way for you to Bond with your horse.



• Your horse learns to Respect you and your space.



• Just bring yourself and your horse to the ranch once a week on your appointed day and time and we can start having Fun.



• If you just want to learn to ride your horse and learn to improve upon your Horsemanship skills, The same rate applies to both choices.

Imprinting Classes


• This class is literally a Hands On operation.



• This class is will be at your facilities when your mare foals.



• You will learn how to Imprint yourself on one of your newborn foals. It just makes a horse so much easier to handle as they grow and gives them a great head start.



• It tends to give your horse a much Gentler Disposition and the horse remembers the lessons for the life of the horse unless changed by bad training or abuse.



• Sessions are for 3 consecutive days at your ranch. The sooner the Imprinting begins, the more effective the lessons will be.We only have a 36 hour window to start and complete this process.



• Check the Imprinting Classes page to find out when our mares are due and their approximate due dates.We Imprint all foals on our ranch.

,2 Week Respect Training


• This training deals with round penning to gain the Respect from the horse by making them move their feet as they do naturally to gain Respect from each other.



• It also solves a lot of Bad Habits.



• It turns a disrespectful horse into a calmer,handleable, Respectful horse.



• During this training, we ground train your horse to drop its pole for easier haltering,to stand , move and stop all three gates and respect the handlers space.It is basically a ground training tune-up.



• It helps calm a high energy horse and it helps the lazy horse get going.



• This is also a part of our Rider/Horse Training Program and our Green Training Programs.

Trailer Loading


• If you can't transport your horse because it doesn't want to Load or never has learned before, this is for you.



• It takes anywhere from 2+ hours to train a horse to Load properly.



• A horse that has been injured in a Trailer before may take longer to teach and the rates will be prorated after 4 hours.



• Trailer loading is a seperate fee from the other training programs. This program rate is plus expences ( Fuel ).

Training On The Road


• Some folks would prefer that we come to their ranch and teach their horses, themselves or both.



• They may have a behavioral problem with their horse that needs to be solved or some other need.



• We have saddles and can always travel.



• All road trips are rated hourly plus expences.

30 Day Green Training


• This training consist of round penning, handling and bonding with the horse, saddle training, ground training, stops, turns, backing and other features.



• 30 Day Green Training is to get a horse to accept a saddle, rider and to make them handleable for an experienced rider.



• We Guarantee you get a rideable, controllable horse for an experienced rider.



• You will have a rideable horse but you may wish to have us refine a few more things and this rate can be prorated.



• If your horse has had previous training and you still can"t seem to ride your horse, we strongly recommend our Rider/Horse Training or our 60 Day Green Training program so we can find and solve more hidden problems.

60 Day Green Training


• This has all the elements of the 30 Day Green Training and more.



• We work your horse to the point that it starts to become Very Light and easy.



• Your horse will handle well on a loose rein.



• We will work your horse in the fields and trails around the ranch so we can help your horse get over a lot of the fears that it may encounter on the trail.



• We work on the flexibility of your horse through laterall and vertical flextion. It makes for a light horse. It also makes a very well Green Trained horse.

• Boarding fees are seperate from the training fees.



• The Caretaker for the ranch will provide your horse with the best of care.



• Your horse will be fed hay, grain and usually treats during and after their daily training session.



• The horses in our care are always groomed by the trainer after every training session.



• The Caretaker has over 50 years of experience in the equine industry.

• A horse is considered Green Broke until they are 6 years old and only if they started their training at a young age.



• A horse is not considered well broke before this time and that's only if the horse has been ridden on a regular basis and your horse has been exposed to just about any hazzard they may ever encounter.



• The more you train and work your horse, The better ride your horse will be.
